Poster project

The first thing I did when starting this project was my protocals. I started by using levels and darkening the photograph, then I used my color correction and really tried to bring out some of the main colors in this photo. I then took my crop tool and only slightly cropped out the sides of the picture. After that I used my dodge and burn tool, I dodged the trees and the train. I burned the forground level aswell as the clouds in the background. lastly in my protocols I used hue and saturation to drain out some of the color. I really tried to make my  exposure correct so I would not have to much black or white. I then used my clone stamp tool to clean up the sand and the railway tracks. I then copied the photo that says cope and pasted it onto the train. I tried to use my rule of thirds and make cope the center focus witch is in the middle right of this photo.
